Yards, roller doors and after-hours gaps.
Kunda Park is a working estate. Automotive workshops, fabricators, building suppliers and storage businesses sit side by side, many with open yards holding vehicles, plant and materials. Most losses happen after hours, through a side gate or a roller door left on the latch.
We start with the perimeter and the points where people and vehicles enter. Cameras are placed to identify, not just record, and linked to intruder detection so a person in the yard at 2am is flagged rather than found on footage the next morning.
Typical Kunda Park scope
- Yard and gate cameras with identification-grade detail
- Licence plate recognition at the vehicle entry
- Alarm zones on roller doors and side gates
- Access control for staff and after-hours trades
- Monitoring with verified video response
Built for multi-tenant sheds.
Many buildings here are split into units with shared driveways. We separate each tenancy's system while allowing shared cameras on common areas, so the body corporate and individual tenants each see what they need and nothing more.
Common estate issues
- Shared driveways with no clear ownership
- Long shed spans and poor night lighting
- Ageing analogue cameras with unusable footage
- Keys handed out and never returned
Common questions.
Can you cover a large open yard without dozens of cameras?
Usually. Fewer, better-placed cameras with the right lenses and analytics cover more ground than many lighter-duty units. We design to the yard layout and lighting.
Do you work with body corporates in Kunda Park complexes?
Yes. We can design shared common-area CCTV and gate access for a complex, with separate systems for each tenancy where required.
Can our existing cameras be reused?
Sometimes. If they are IP cameras in reasonable condition we can bring them onto a new recorder. Older analogue systems are generally replaced.
