Canals and boats.
Many Pelican Waters homes have private pontoons with boats ready to head out to the Passage. Canal access makes the rear of the house reachable by water, often after dark.
We cover the pontoon and the path to the house with low-light cameras and line-crossing alerts. Equipment is marine-grade, with cabling protected where it runs to the water's edge.
Canal-front lawns are also where families spend their time, so we keep cameras discreet and aimed at the pontoon and approaches rather than the pool or outdoor living area. You get coverage where it matters and privacy where you want it.

Golf course homes and family living.
Golf course homes have open rear boundaries and regular foot traffic. Privacy masking and tight detection zones keep recording and alerts focused on your property.
For family homes, keyless entry, a video intercom and simple arming routines make the system easy for everyone.
