One building, many users.
A mixed-use tower in the city centre might have retail at street level, offices above and apartments at the top, all sharing a car park and lift core. Each group needs different access at different hours. Getting that right is a design task, not a product choice.
We build access control on Inner Range or Gallagher platforms that handle multiple tenancies, lift floor restrictions and car park entry in one system. Building management controls the base build. Tenants control their own doors.
Base build systems
- Lift and floor access by tenancy
- Car park entry with plate recognition
- Lobby and end-of-trip facility access
- Video intercom at street and loading entries
- Building-wide CCTV on a central VMS
Working with builders and fit-out teams.
We work alongside builders, consultants and electrical contractors through design, rough-in and commissioning. Tenancy fit-outs then connect to the base build cleanly, without each tenant starting from scratch.
Tenancy fit-out
- Office access and visitor management
- Retail CCTV and intruder alarms
- Structured cabling and comms rooms
- Meeting room AV and displays
Common questions.
Can tenants run their own access while the building controls the base build?
Yes. Partitioned access control lets building management and each tenant administer their own areas within one system.
When should a developer bring you in?
Ideally during design, before services documentation is final. Changes are far easier on paper than after the slab is poured.
Do you do tenancy fit-outs in existing Maroochydore buildings?
Yes. We integrate with the existing base build where possible, or install standalone tenancy systems.
