Holiday or permanent.
Permanent residents usually want convenience: keyless entry, a doorbell camera that works and an alarm that is easy to arm. Holiday home owners want visibility and monitoring when they are not there.
We set modes for each so the system is quiet when you are home and attentive when you are not.
On renovations or rebuilds, we coordinate with your builder so cabling, network and any integrated AV are in before linings close. That keeps the finished home clean, with no surface-mounted conduit and nothing added as an afterthought.

Can the same system work for both home and away?
Yes. We configure separate modes with different alerts and arming rules.
Do you install around Mount Coolum's steeper blocks?
Yes. Steep sites need careful planning for camera angles and cable routes, which we do on site.
Can you add security to an existing Coolum home neatly?
Yes. We conceal cabling where possible and use colour-matched hardware.
