Clifftop homes face the ocean head-on. Salt spray, strong winds and full sun are constant. External equipment must be sealed, firmly mounted and finished to match the building, or it will look tired within a season.
We specify hardware suited to the exposure, use stainless fixings, and plan for ongoing service so the system keeps performing.
Large clifftop homes also need a network that reaches every level and terrace. We cable access points and cameras properly back to a central rack, so video, intercom and keyless entry stay reliable rather than depending on a single router.

Privacy at the front, visibility at the edge.
Most homes here present a closed face to the street and open entirely to the ocean. The street side needs a gate or entry intercom and keyless access. The ocean side needs cameras that cover decks and glazing without spoiling the view.
On new builds, we work with the architect and builder so devices, cabling and racks are integrated into the design.

Common questions.
Will cameras on the ocean side ruin the view?
No. We place compact cameras at the building edge facing back over decks and entries, not into the outlook.
How do you deal with constant salt spray?
We specify sealed, corrosion-resistant hardware and recommend servicing more often than for inland homes.
Can you work with my architect on a Point Arkwright build?
Yes. We review drawings early and agree device locations and finishes.
