A video intercom at the street door, linked to access control, lets residents see who is there and release the door or lift for them.
Many residents are part-time or holiday letting. App-based answering means calls reach them wherever they are, and managers can update unit listings without a site visit.

At industrial sites in Kunda Park or Caloundra West, an intercom at the vehicle gate saves staff walking out every time a truck arrives. Calls go to reception, a warehouse handset or a mobile, and the gate can be opened remotely.
Near the beach, panels must cope with salt and direct sun. We specify stainless, vandal-resistant units and position them to limit glare on the camera.

Can holiday-let owners answer the intercom from their phone?
Yes. Most systems we install support app answering, so owners or managers can see and speak to visitors remotely.
Will an intercom work at a gate with no data cable?
Yes. We can use a 4G intercom or a wireless point-to-point link back to the building.
Can the intercom open the lift to a visitor's floor?
When it is integrated with access control, a resident can release both the door and the lift for their floor only.
